Protect your eyes from the sun:

The skin around the eye area is thinner and less capable of manufacturing collagen than skin in other places. The best solution: use eye cremes with SPF15 or higher every day to protect from the sun’s collagen-depleting rays.

Just like skin and other organs, your eyes need nutrients to function properly and stay healthy. The six most important ones: lutein, zeaxanthin, beta carotene, zinc and the anti-oxidant vitamins C and E.
